We found a house that we liked, but it wasn't 'perfect.' On the morning that we were planning to sign the contract to buy this house, I decided to look, just once more, on the Internet at the listings of homes that were for sale.

"My huband's father passed away and the family was unable to find his most current will. Without a second's hesitation, Chip told me that the will was in a small briefcase or 'pouch' and that it would be found within two weeks. He also added that the family had overlooked the will during their previous search and advised us to 'look again where you thought you'd find it.'
My husband and his sister had been certain that the will was in a safe deposit box at the bank, but they had already searched there and hadn't found it.
