Chip Coffey is psychic, medium and spiritual counselor who lives in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia.  He is the co-host of the groundbreaking A&E network series, Psychic Kids: Children of the Paranormal and has appeared on thirty episodes of the hit series, Paranormal State.

Chip has always had a great love of animals and has never in his lifetime been without pets.  Currently, he has four dogs and a cat, all rescues.

Quite by accident, Chip became involved with animal rescue and advocacy when he adopted a dog who was just three hours away from being euthanized at a kill shelter in Georgia,  Since then, he has helped to rescue numerous animals from horrific living situations and impending death.

Chip is saddened by statistics stating that 3-4 million dogs and cats are euthanized each year in animal shelters across the United States!
He devotes much of his free time to helping rescue animals who are on "death row" and finding loving, nuturing homes for these animals.

Please join Chip in his efforts to save animals ... one life at a time.

UPDATE: January 6 - Skip still needs a Forever Home!

Meet SKIP.  Here is his information:

The shelter described Skip as "sweet," and his foster mom and everyone he meets say the same thing. He loves running at the off-leash dogpark and gets along exceptionally well with all the other dogs, even laying on his back for the more dominant ones. If you want a buddy who will be as excited when you're gone for 2 minutes or 8 hours, Skip is for you. He is exceptionally loyal and true to his breed (Bluetick Heeler/Coonhound), he is protective. If he barks, it's for a reason. He can sleep for 22 hours on-end but loves to run, too. He's completely housetrained and needs to be walked twice a day (but more is better, of course). He is calm and well behaved in the car backseat car. He's great with kids and is disinterested in cats. Skip weighs 47 pounds, and the shelter noted he was about a year old but his eyes are those of a wonderful, old soul. He'll love you back 10-fold! He's a cuddler and is happiest when his paw is touching you or his head is on your lap.

URGENT -- SCHEDULED TO DIE FRIDAY, 1/8!

Meet Carebear.  Here is his information:

This poor boy was turned in by a nice lady who witnessed him being dumped from a car and left to fend for himself. Unfortunately she was not able to keep him forever. Lets hope we can do that. He's been here so long and is slowly is running out of time. Please consider meeting him and give him another chance in life.

Carebear is sweet boy. Gentle and very funny! He is timid at first but one he knows you his wonderful personality comes out. He loves to play with other dogs and eagerly finds "anything" to put in his mouth when he greets you. Not a barker. Rides well in cars and he is leash trained.

Wonderful companion for someone who is patient and can give him the time he needs to come out of the shell. Great dog to take along for long walks or just to snuggle with while watching TV.

Coat requires regular brushing to remove dirt and dead hair. Daily walks on a leash will keep him fit and happy.

Carebear is about 1 yr old and weighs around 60 lbs. He is not a tall dog.
